I’m in pretty good shape. I like to take care of myself and be fit. When I am not training for triathlons, I don’t like to lock myself into any type of routine or exercise program. I just watch what I eat and keep working out at the top of my mind, but sometimes, especially after having a baby, I fall into what I like to call “Dad Shape.” It is a fitness level that is non-existent because I am too tired to actually go to a gym and don’t have time to workout alone. I try my best and I don’t beat myself up if I miss a run or lift one day, etc. With that in mind, I am happy to present the first of a few videos for dads working out at home.
