- 2 small apples
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter (can sub any other smooth runny nut or seed butter of choice)
- 2 tablespoons raisins
- 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
- dash of cinnamon
- Cut apples into thin slices and arrange evenly on a plate.
- Drizzle the nut butter, on top, and then sprinkle the raisins, shredded coconut and cinnamon.
- Enjoy immediately!
