Ingredients
  • 3 pink grapefruit slices
  • 1 tsp thinly sliced mint
  • ½ tsp lavender sugar
  • 2 oz club soda
  • 4 oz Prosecco
Method
  1. Before cocktail time, place the grapefruit and the mint in glasses then sprinkle on the lavender sugar. Top with the two ounces of club soda.
  2. Freeze the glasses for at least thirty minutes.
  3. At cocktail time take out the frozen glasses and pour the Prosecco into the glasses before serving.
