Vegan Szechuan Beef & Mushrooms Recipe

  • 10 oz plant-based beef strips
  • 2 tbsp Szechuan sauce
  • ½ cup diced yellow onion
  • 1 cup mushrooms - sliced
  • ¼ cup scallions - sliced
  • 2 tbsp water
  1. Saute the onions and the mushrooms, over medium-high heat, in a large skillet, for five minutes. Stir the mixture frequently.
  2. Add the beef, and the sauce, and continue cooking for five more minutes, stirring often.
  3. Top with the scallions and serve immediately.
