Garden Vegetable Stir Fry Recipe

  • 2 cups canned potatoes - sliced
  • 2 cups frozen green beans
  • 1 cup fresh cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ cup plant-based parmesan cheese for garnish
  1. In a large skillet, over medium-high heat, cook the potatoes and the spices for five minutes, stirring often.
  2. Add the green beans and the tomatoes, and continue cooking for eight more minutes, stirring frequently.
  3. Serve hot, topped with plant-based parmesan cheese.
