Crisp Winter Salad Recipe

  • 2 cups fresh arugula
  • ½ cup fresh sliced fennel
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup Mandarin oranges - well drained
  • 1 tbsp agave syrup
  • 2 tsp pear vinegar
  • 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • salt to taste
  1. Toss all of the ingredients very gently in a large bowl, until well combined, and serve immediately.
