Vegan Chocolate Almond Coconut Balls Recipe

  • 4 medjool dates, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted almonds, chopped
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  1. Place dates, salt and cocoa powder into food processor and process until forms a smooth paste.
  2. Add the coconut and almonds and briefly pulse a few times just to mix them into the paste.
  3. Use your hands to grab and roll portions of the mixture into small balls and optionally roll the balls in extra chopped almonds and shredded coconut to coat them.
