Ingredients
  • 2 cup fresh watercress
  • ½ cup fresh raspberries
  • ½ cup pecans
  • ½ cup hearts of palm - well drained & cut into bite sized pieces
  • 2 tsp champagne vinegar
  • 1 tsp agave syrup
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper
Method
  1. In a large salad bowl combine all of the ingredients and gently fold until the fruits and vegetables are well coated in the dressing.
