Speedy Vegan Cinnamon Doughnut Holes

  • 1 package fresh pizza dough
  • 2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Cinnamon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • ½ cup flour (for dusting)
  • 1 cup of water (for dipping)
  • 1 spray of non-stick cooking spray
  1. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick spray and pre-heat the oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly coat your hands with flour, depending on the consistency of your pizza dough, to keep the dough from sticking to your hands.
  3. Roll each small piece of dough into a quarter-sized ball.
  4. Once you have the doughnuts ready, lightly coat them in water with your fingers, and then roll them in the cinnamon/sugar mixture and place them on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake the doughnut holes for five minutes, then let them cool for 2-3 minutes before serving.
