Tasty Green Beans With Shallots And Tomatoes

  • 1 bag frozen Green Beans
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes (finely chopped)
  • 1 shallot (peeled and minced)
  • 2 tbsp water
  • 1 dash salt and pepper
  1. In a large pot of boiling water, cook the green beans for 2 - 5 minutes, then quickly remove them from the boiling water to drain so that they will remain crisp.
  2. In a small saucepan sauté the shallot and the sun-dried tomatoes in the 2 tbsp of water, over medium heat, stirring often, for three minutes.
  3. Transfer the green beans to a large bowl and toss them well with the shallot and tomato mixture. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and serve.
