Nachos For Dinner! Easy Vegan Nachos

  • 3 to 4 handfuls fresh tortilla chips
  • 3 plant based hot dogs - thinly sliced
  • 2 cups canned seasoned chili beans
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 cups shredded cheese substitute
  • ⅛ cups finely diced sweet onion
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  1. In a medium sized pan, over medium-high heat, cook the not-dogs and the beans for ten minutes.
  2. Stir often, and add the garlic and onion powder in as the mixture cooks.
  3. Spread the tortilla chips on a plate - and spoon the chili dog mixture on top.
  4. Sprinkle with cheese and onions, and drizzle with ketchup and mustard.
