  • 2 small apples
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter (can sub any other smooth runny nut or seed butter of choice)
  • 2 tablespoons raisins
  • 1 tablespoon shredded coconut
  • dash of cinnamon
  1. Cut apples into thin slices and arrange evenly on a plate.
  2. Drizzle the nut butter, on top, and then sprinkle the raisins, shredded coconut and cinnamon.
  3. Enjoy immediately!
If storing for later: toss the apples in lemon juice after slicing to avoid excess browning.
